Smart-casual/Semi-formal. Please note that the mean 3pm temperature in Bowral at this time of year is ~10.4 C (~50 F), so most importantly, wear something that keeps you warm. The ceremony will be held outside on a grass lawn, please plan your footwear accordingly. After canapés in the courtyard, the reception will be held in the main room, which is heated.

We want you to be able to really enjoy our wedding day, feeling truly present and in the moment with us. We've hired an amazing wedding photographer who will be capturing the way the wedding looks — and we're inviting each of you to sit back, relax, and enjoy.

If you're driving to the venue, there’s a large parking lot outside the main entrance. Please feel free to leave your car overnight for pickup in the morning in the event that you think driving might be best left for the next day.

We’ve listed a few hotel options we’re happy to recommend on the Accommodation page. There are also plenty of lovely stays in the area on Airbnb and similar platforms, so feel free to explore what suits you best. We've only personally stayed at Peppers Manor House, but we've seen positive reviews for the others.

We ask that you please RSVP for yourself and your group by 31 March 2026.

We’ll be enjoying canapés, a reception dinner, and a cheeseboard later in the evening. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or preferences when you RSVP. To whom it may concern, lactase will be available if you're feeling adventurous.

Please plan to arrive at the ceremony by 3:00 pm so you have time to settle in before everything begins. After the ceremony, we’ll enjoy canapés and photos in the courtyard, followed by dinner and dancing indoors.

A separate room is available on the mezzanine level for naps or taking a break if you or the little ones need a breather. Please note this area is not wheelchair accessible. There’s also a change table located in the women’s bathroom.

There will be a photobooth set up on the day. If you would like to print photos from your phone or download images from the booth, search "inthebooth" (no spaces) in your app store to download the app.
